Coach Khairun is a Certified Coach, also a graduate Bachelor of Sports Management (Sports Science and Recreation) UITM, 2013. He was in the U20 national team (FIFA World Youth Cup 1995 and 1997) and in the senior national team for Olympic 2000 Qualification. He further went on to represent Negeri Sembilan (1999-2000, Runner-up Malaysia Cup 2000), Selangor (2001, FA Cup Champion), MPPJ (2002, Malaysia Cup Quarterfinal), Perlis (2003, Runner-up FA Cup and Malaysia Cup Semifinal), Telekom Malaysia (2004-2005, promoted to 1st Division), and Johor FC (2006-2007).

Coach Khairun Haled Masrom with his team winning the IFC 2024 competition in Bali, Indonesia. 3 of his players qualified for sponsored training in Lavante, Spain.

Coach Kutut lived in Los Angeles, USA for 35 years (1986-2021). He has been a personal fitness trainer since back to Malaysia.
