RAJA ISA FOOTBALL AGENCY (RIFA)

Founded in October 2024, RIFA is led by YM Raja Isa Raja Akram Shah (founder and Principal), an AFC Pro License Football Coach with more than 20 years international experience. He is also an Associate Member of IPSO (International Professional Scouting Organisation). RIFA is assisted by three football coaches - Kamaruddin (Coach Kutut), Zainal Kamal (Coach Enal) and Coach Yahya (Black). RIFA was also co-founded by Mohd Khairi (Ironman Khairi) and Shahrul Azlan (franchise consultant).

Coach Yahya is also a licensed tour operator. RIFA is now able organise tours for football teams inbound and outbound. We are Samadians from Sekolah Menengah Sultan Abdul Samad, Petaling Jaya. We got together to bring our love of football to the younger generation, for the kids to start early, to promote a healthy and active lifestyle and to be disciplined.
